About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Commercial Manager to lead commercial related activities in Northern Europe for Vodafone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability in the region.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to understand customer business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
  • Design and implement commercial proposals for complex deals that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Adapt global commercial models to local requirements and engage with Operating Companies to ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide commercial expertise and support to Sales teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver revenue growth and increase market share while maintaining margins.
  • Improve internal stakeholder and external customer experience through the delivery of bespoke solutions.
