Business Development Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to contribute to the growth of Amazon's Shipping business in Spain. We are seeking a highly driven and analytical individual to join our Business Development team in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of top companies in Spain, identifying opportunities, negotiating with external partners, and closing sales. Additionally, they will collect market insights and customer feedback to improve the product and enhance the Amazon customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of results.
  4. Measure performance, identify gaps, and lead the team to address them.
  5. Bring new customers to Amazon, develop shipping volume, and ensure profitability.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and experience in business development, sales, and account management. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and deliver results. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
