About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial individual to join our Business Development team in Spain. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of large companies in Spain, detecting opportunities, negotiating with external companies, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Be part of our organization's leadership team and help implement our overall strategy and direction.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with operations, product, and tech leaders to manage the program and build a product that fits the needs of customers.
  • Business development: Bring new customers to Amazon, develop the volume of shipping packages, ensure good conversion rate, and do it with profitability in mind.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in business development, sales, and account management
  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Strong ownership and deliver results
  • Excellent communications skills and the ability to effectively advise senior leadership
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in setting and achieving goals
  • Professional in Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA
  • Experience in the B2C logistics industry
  • Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRM, sales and marketing automation tools, eLearning tools
  • Experience in working with databases (SQL, Amazon Redshift)
