Job Summary

Ntt is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sustainability partnerships strategy. As the Head of Sustainability Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing a globally impactful partnerships strategy that underpins Ntt's sustainability commitments and organisational purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Ntt's sustainability partnerships strategy in collaboration with senior executives to elevate Ntt's unique technology solutions and capabilities.
  • Oversee and activate the company's employee volunteering programme, enabling employee volunteer days to participate in strategic partnerships on a regional and local level.
  • Establish a robust measurement framework with external verification to ensure all partnership and project outcomes and impacts can be consistently evaluated.
  • Establish regular monitoring with impact dashboards for senior executive audience to see at a glance performance.
  • Oversee and develop business cases for prospective and existing partners in collaboration with other Ntt functions.
  • Direct Ntt's partnerships across the technology sector, including direct management of major partnerships, by creating and executing joint partner business plans with short and long-term horizons.
  • Collaborate across Ntt's teams to prioritize, establish, and grow new data and technology integration sustainability partnerships within the industry.
  • Apply the positive impact and results from projects to support senior executives to develop new services and solutions across verticals.
  • Support senior executives directly contributing to related early-stage initiatives and opportunities in our sector.
  • Collaborate with internal leaders to activate, deliver, and achieve sustained growth of employee volunteering to meet Ntt's sustainability public ambitions.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in sustainability partnerships and employee volunteering.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute a globally impactful partnerships strategy.
  • Experience in establishing and managing partnerships across the technology sector.
