Cloud Sales Specialist

As a Cloud Sales Specialist at Toptalent, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer engagement experience by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth through the sale of cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a strong first impression and setting the foundation for long-term customer relationships.
Lead the sales strategy, overcome objections, and negotiate success with customers and prospects.
Engage with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes, and types to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill their needs with leading cloud technologies.
Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, such as BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline).
Meet and exceed targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales, pipeline, and usage for the products and solutions in scope.
Requirements:
High school diploma required, BA/4-year degree preferred.
2-3+ years sales experience with a proven track record of success is required.
Minimum 1 year IT industry experience required.
Minimum 1 year sales account management or customer management experience required.
Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions preferred.
Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is preferred.
