Job Summary
ZF Friedrichshafen is seeking an experienced HR Country Manager to lead our HR operations in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering HR functional excellence, labor relations strategy implementation, and employee relations strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and excellence in Spain and Portugal.
- Lead the execution of daily, operational, and project HR activities to ensure quality and cost delivery.
- Implement standards and ensure harmonization in HR across the country, respecting local specialties.
- Deliver business transformation and/or HR function change projects in the country.
- Lead all Site HR teams in the countries and interface with Divisional HRBPs.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience in HR, with a master's degree in a related field.
- Profound knowledge of HR processes, tools, and CB; people development.
- Excellent strategic skills with a high execution focus and delivery.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to build common ground for Corporate and Regional needs and perspectives.
- Strong leadership in matrix organizations and/or project management experience of at least 5-7 years.
- High degree of intercultural competencies, with excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
