Employee Relations Manager, Spain

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing employee relations strategies that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that align with Amazon's ER philosophy, driving employee satisfaction and retention.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and HR teams on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Spain and EU legislation.
- Collaborate with the Head of ER, Spain to develop and maintain effective collective consultation and communication arrangements, ensuring compliance with Spain labor laws and Amazon ER policies.
- Develop and deliver training programs on ER matters for managers and HR teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support employee relations.
- Conduct regular reviews of employment policies to ensure they are aligned with Amazon's objectives and compliant with employment law.
- Proven track record of accomplishments in a fast-paced similar environment to Amazon FCs/AMZL.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate others and drive business results.
- Experience in setting up effective provisions for collective communication and consultation in a recently unionized environment.
- Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and make the best use of limited resources.
- Degree Level Education, Relevant post-graduate education in human resources, employee relations, or legal (employment).
