Employee Relations Manager, Spain

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our employee relations agenda and driving a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to drive engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Collaborate with management teams and HR to ensure compliance with employment laws and Amazon's ER policies.
- Provide training and guidance to managers and HR teams on employee relations best practices.
- Conduct reviews of employment policies to ensure alignment with Amazon's objectives and compliance with employment law.
- Participate in national and international projects to drive employee relations excellence.
- Proven track record of accomplishments in employee relations or a related field.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law and Amazon's ER policies.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors.
