Job Title: HR Director, Spain

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results and support the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead the HR team in providing support to employees and management
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business results and improve organizational performance
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR leadership, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish employment law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with HR systems and processes
