Country Manager Spain

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Manager to lead our sales efforts in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy in the region, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the Company's marketing plan in Spain to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular assessments of their needs and provision of tailored solutions.
- Plan and execute sales activities to meet order intake, net sales, and gross margin targets.
- Prepare quotes and bidding proposals, ensuring accuracy and quality of deliveries.
- Negotiate contracts with customers professionally and ensure satisfactory completion of projects.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, maintain successful business relationships with channel partners and customers, and resolve customer complaints and warranty issues.
- Look after strategically important sales regions with a demanding customer base.
- Attend trade shows, trade partner conferences, congresses, and forums to promote our products and services.
- Establish overall territory sales plans and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve targets and quotas.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a technical field, preferably electrical engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of the technical requirements for PV, energy storage systems, EV chargers in the distribution and/or utility scale segments.
- Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in team management.
