As HR Country Manager Spain Portugal, you will be responsible for:
- Main HR representative for Spain and Portugal, ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and agreements.
- Delivering HR functional excellence and cost savings.
- Implementing labor relations strategies, negotiating labor contracts, and managing employee relations for non-unionized sites.
- Coordinating daily, operational, and project HR activities, ensuring quality and cost delivery, and realizing the talent strategy.
- Implementing standards and ensuring harmonization in HR across the country, respecting local specialties.
- Leading business transformation and/or HR function change projects in the country.
- Leveraging Country HR scale to develop localization and local solutions.
- Responsible for specification and application of collective agreements, remuneration contracts, and approvals for replacements and additional headcount in HR.
- Leading Site HR teams in the countries and interfacing with Divisional HRBPs.
To succeed as HR Country Manager Spain Portugal, you will need:
- At least 10 years of professional experience in HR, preferably in an international and/or regional environment, with a master's degree in a related field.
- Profound knowledge of HR processes, tools, and systems, as well as people development and strategic skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build common ground for Corporate and Regional needs and perspectives.
- Strong leadership in matrix organizations and/or project management experience, with the ability to lead and interact with virtual and global teams.
- High degree of intercultural competencies, with excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
