Country Manager Spain

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Manager to lead our Spanish market launch in 2024. As the Country Manager for Spain, you will play a pivotal role in introducing the Soly brand to the Spanish market, driving our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities- Launch, expand, and scale Soly's operations in Spain, building a dedicated team to support growth
- Act as Soly's primary representative in Spain, cultivating strategic partnerships to bolster our market presence
- Manage the P&L, ensuring operational efficiency while delivering unparalleled service to our residential customers
- Independently assess performance against company targets, contributing insights and strategies for growth
- Work closely with all functional teams to align efforts and spearhead initiatives that enhance the customer experience
We are looking for a natural leader with over 5 years' experience in fast-paced environments, such as consulting, investment banking, startups, or scale-ups. You should have demonstrated success in scaling consumer-focused businesses, analytical and strategic skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for sustainability and renewable energy.
