About the Role

Combined Selection Group Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Country Manager to lead our operations in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales in Spain.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Plan and execute sales activities to meet revenue targets, including preparing quotes and bidding proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers and ensure timely and satisfactory project completion.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and quotas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering.
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of the PV industry, including product specifications, grid code requirements, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
