Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead our efforts in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, managing a growing team of Healthcare Professional Partners, and driving sales growth in the country.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with key prescribing stakeholders, including KOLs, endocrinologists, and urologists, to promote our products and build relationships.
- Leverage CRM tools to prioritize engagement with known stakeholders and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Deliver key product briefs and share supporting materials to educate healthcare professionals about our products.
- Develop a clear understanding of the treatment decision-making journey of physicians and identify clear messages to address any pain-points.
- Manage the Spain PL, including financial and operational performance, and calibrate targets with reality.
- Implement company strategy, set priorities, and achieve clear KPIs for success.
- Manage local market access, including supply routes and wholesaler relationships, and monitor and respond to changes in product pricing.
- Aid portfolio strategy and new product introduction, providing input on portfolio strategy and performing local due diligence on product opportunities.
- Lead people and manage their growth, including managing HCP Partners in the country and providing mentorship and coaching to help them improve.
- Experience in successfully promoting prescription medicines to Spanish specialists.
- Excellent communication skills, including Spanish and/or Catalan language skills.
- Very strong spoken and written English.
