We are seeking a highly skilled Country Marketing Specialist to support our France and Belgium markets. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Country Manager to develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies, driving growth and opportunities in these markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of French and Belgian customers, competitors, and market dynamics to inform the localization of global marketing efforts.
- Support the Country Manager in developing short and mid-term strategies for the French and Belgian markets.
- Coordinate the execution of the promotional calendar to ensure seamless execution from planning to reporting.
- Develop and maintain the marketing playbook and regional offers.
- Provide support for cross-European growth initiatives.
- Regularly report KPIs across general business performance and specific marketing activities.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or strategy consulting, preferably in an E-commerce environment, with experience working across a variety of online and offline channels.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical attitude with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Customer-first mentality and a passion for delivering the best end-to-end experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.
- Fluency in English and French.
