We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
Job Description
As a Business Development Representative, you will assist our Sales Representatives in lead generation and sales reporting activities. Your responsibilities will include generating new business through outbound calls and social media referrals, maintaining relationships with end-users, and assisting our marketing team in creating strategies that drive sales.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with partners, prospects, and existing clients to sell our service offerings across various business units.
- Follow up on deal generation and upsell opportunities identified by our care teams.
- Collaborate with our customer success team to identify new deal opportunities.
- Generate quotes and document SOWs.
- Continuously learn about our product and service offerings to provide improved value to our sales cycle.
- Develop and maintain relationships with end-users to achieve goals.
- Reach out to and qualify leads through outbound calling and social media.
- Maintain and grow existing leads.
- Conduct customer surveys and develop sales strategies.
- Prepare commercial and pricing documents.
- Promote our company products and services.
