Senior Project Manager, Heavy Bulky, EU SellerFlex

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our EU Heavy Bulky team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for launching and scaling the Multi SellerFlex (MSF) program in the EU, a significant business opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Program Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive Go To Market strategy for MSF in the EU, in collaboration with our tech teams.
- 3PL Onboarding and Management: Identify, assess, and onboard qualified 3PLs to MSF, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Seller Recruitment and Engagement: Develop a seller recruitment playbook and work closely with our Country Teams to identify and pitch MSF to eligible sellers.
- Performance Management: Own ongoing performance management of MSF 3PLs, including top-line goals and key performance indicators.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Program or Project Management Experience: Proven track record of owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and data cleansing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree or MBA in business a plus.
