Senior Program Manager, Heavy Bulky, EU SellerFlex

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our EU SellerFlex team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategies to bridge customer and seller experience gaps and scale the EU SellerFlex program.
Key Responsibilities- Own EU SellerFlex Topline (LT) goal, driving initiatives to improve customer and seller experience.
- Own EU5 SF Recruitment goal, partnering with country teams to achieve success.
- Co-own/support 3P Heavy Bulky's 3 Year business planning, short-term and long-term strategy to deliver a multi-billion-dollar business.
- Understand EU SellerFlex customer and seller experience gaps, and define strategies to bridge them.
- Represent SellerFlex in regular business reviews and leadership forums.
- Work with partner teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Transportation, to streamline processes and define new SOPs to accelerate seller flywheel.
- Lead country-specific sellers training and readiness program.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in program or project management, owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.
- Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
- Experience in complex problem-solving and working in a tight schedule environment.
- Experience leading process improvements.
