Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our EU Sellerflex team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for launching and scaling our Multi SellerFlex (MSF) program in Europe, a $1Bn+ opportunity.
About the Role
You will be responsible for defining and executing strategies to bridge customer and seller experience gaps, and scale the EU Sellerflex program. This includes:
- Defining the Go To Market Strategy for MSF in EU
- Owning the project end-to-end, from launch to scale
- Identifying, assessing, and onboarding qualified 3PLs to MSF
- Developing a seller recruitment playbook and collaborating with country teams to identify and pitch MSF to eligible sellers
- Owning ongoing performance management of MSF 3PLs, including top-line goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in Chinese and English language
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
- Master's degree or MBA in business
- Experience in complex problem-solving and working in a tight schedule environment
- Experience leading process improvements
