Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our EU SellerFlex team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategies to bridge customer and seller experience gaps and scale the EU SellerFlex program.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Own EU SellerFlex Topline (LT) goal, driving initiatives to improve customer and seller experience.
  2. Own EU5 SF Recruitment goal, partnering with country teams to achieve success.
  3. Co-own/support 3P Heavy Bulky's 3 Year business planning, short-term and long-term strategy to deliver a multi-billion-dollar business.
  4. Understand EU SellerFlex customer and seller experience gaps, and define strategies to bridge them.
  5. Represent SellerFlex in regular business reviews and leadership forums.
  6. Work with partner teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Transportation, to streamline processes and define new SOPs to accelerate seller flywheel.
  7. Lead country-specific sellers training and readiness program.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Experience in program or project management, owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  3. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  4. Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  5. Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
  2. Experience in complex problem-solving and working in a tight schedule environment.
  3. Experience leading process improvements.
