Job Title: Senior Program Manager, Heavy Bulky, EU Sellerflex
About the Role:
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategies to bridge customer and seller experience gaps in the EU Sellerflex program. You will own multiple work streams, including Topline and Recruitment, and drive initiatives to improve customer and seller experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own EU Sellerflex Topline (LT) goal
- Own EU5 SF Recruitment (in-partnership with Country Team) goal
- Co-own/ support 3P Heavy Bulky's 3 Year business planning, short-term and long-term strategy to help deliver multi-billion-dollar business
- Understand EU Sellerflex Customer and Seller experience gaps, and define strategies to bridge them
- Represent SellerFlex in regular business reviews and leadership forums
- Work with partner teams including Sales, Account Management and Transportation to streamline processes and define new SOPs to accelerate Seller flywheel
- Lead country specific sellers training and readiness program
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Experience leading process improvements
