Senior Project Manager for Heavy Bulky EU Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the launch and scale of our EU SellerFlex program, a key initiative for Amazon's EU 3P Heavy Bulky business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing strategies to bridge customer and seller experience gaps, and driving the growth of the EU SellerFlex program.
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on Amazon's EU 3P Heavy Bulky business.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and execute strategies to launch and scale the EU SellerFlex program
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver key initiatives and drive business growth
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer and seller experience
- Collaborate with tech teams to deliver UAT and lead live testing with selected 3PLs/Sellers
- Identify, assess, and onboard qualified 3PLs to the EU SellerFlex program
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluency in Chinese and English language
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA in business
- Experience in complex problem-solving and working in a tight schedule environment
- Experience leading process improvements
