As a Senior EU Concessions Manager at Amazon, you will play a critical role in leading our EU concessions programs, working closely with internal teams and carrier partners to identify and solve problems in the delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Lead comprehensive EU concessions programs across various countries, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
- Performance Management: Manage and enhance concessions performance of multiple carriers in EU regions, conducting deep dives to identify root causes and developing actionable plans with clear milestones and objectives.
- Process Improvement: Establish long-term, scalable processes with carriers, fostering engagement and collaboration to drive business growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and partnerships.
- Communication and Engagement: Maintain engagement with leadership and key stakeholders, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Significant program or project management experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Results-driven individual with strong proactiveness, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Proven track record of owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- MBA or Master's degree in business, operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques, with process improvement experience.
- Experience working within the transportation delivery industry and a solid understanding of carrier operations.
