Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our EU 3P Heavy Bulky team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategies to bridge customer and seller experience gaps, and scale the EU SellerFlex program.

About the Role

You will own multiple EU SellerFlex program work streams, including Topline and Recruitment. Your primary focus will be on driving initiatives to improve customer and seller experience, while working closely with partner teams to streamline processes and define new SOPs to accelerate seller flywheel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own EU SellerFlex Topline (LT) goal
  • Own EU5 SF Recruitment (in-partnership with Country Team) goal
  • Co-own/support 3P Heavy Bulky's 3 Year business planning, short-term and long-term strategy to help deliver multi-billion-dollar business
  • Understand EU SellerFlex customer and seller experience gaps, and define strategies to bridge them
  • Represent SellerFlex in regular business reviews and leadership forums
  • Work with partner teams to streamline processes and define new SOPs to accelerate seller flywheel
  • Lead country-specific sellers training and readiness program

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Experience in complex problem-solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
  • Experience leading process improvements
