Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our EU Sellerflex team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for launching and scaling our Multi SellerFlex (MSF) program in Europe, a $1Bn+ opportunity.

About the Role

You will be responsible for defining and executing strategies to bridge customer and seller experience gaps, and scale the EU Sellerflex program. This includes:

  • Defining the Go To Market Strategy for MSF in EU
  • Owning the project end-to-end, from launch to scale
  • Identifying, assessing, and onboarding qualified 3PLs to MSF
  • Developing a seller recruitment playbook and collaborating with country teams to identify and pitch MSF to eligible sellers
  • Owning ongoing performance management of MSF 3PLs, including top-line goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in Chinese and English language
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Master's degree or MBA in business
  • Experience in complex problem-solving and working in a tight schedule environment
  • Experience leading process improvements
