About the Role:
As an Inside Partner Development Manager at Autodesk, you will be responsible for driving the performance and growth of a dedicated portfolio of partners based in France. Your mission will be to guide them on their transformational path to becoming a Solutions Provider, aligning our common strategy and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the guide of your assigned partners on their path to Solution Provider while delivering revenue growth targets, ensuring a common vision between Autodesk and Partner.
- Build impactful relationships, acting as the main contact for partner principals, management, and respective teams.
- Drive annual business planning, identifying areas of investment and supporting its execution.
- Support collaboration between partners and Autodesk teams.
- Capture and report on Partner pipeline.
- Recap quarterly sales results with partners and help set focus areas and goals for upcoming quarters.
- Participate in specific projects relating to the growth of indirect business.
- Ensure operational support.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in partner management in the IT Software market.
- Understanding of market dynamics in the SaaS business model.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with partners and C-level executives.
- French as a primary language, with business fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience negotiating at an executive level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
