Guest Operations Coordinator

We are a dynamic startup with headquarters in Spain, founded in Barcelona and expanding to multiple locations across Europe and beyond. Our mission is to empower individuals to live where they want, when they want, by disrupting the traditional residential real estate market. We provide fully furnished and artfully designed apartments for stays starting at one month, removing the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, security deposits, broker fees, moving/buying furniture, etc.

Role
As a Guest Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle management of bookings, from initial booking to post-check-out, ensuring a seamless and efficient process that meets Ukio's high standards of service and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate efforts across departments to ensure that all bookings are managed smoothly, on time, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of bookings from initial booking to post-check-out, ensuring all processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the booking process, including the Guest Team, Sales Team, Strategy & Transformation, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Global Operations.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure that all necessary preparations, services, and follow-ups are completed as required for each booking.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in operations coordination, booking management, or a related role.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex processes.
• Familiarity with booking management software or tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
