Job Summary

As the Front Desk Operations Coordinator, you will assist the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include directing and working with managers and employees to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient check-in and check-out process, while ensuring guest satisfaction and maximizing the financial performance of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Front Office Manager in supervising staff and administering front office functions
  • Direct and work with managers and employees to carry out procedures ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and maximize financial performance of the department
  • Monitor and support progress toward guest services and front desk goals
  • Communicate effectively with guests, employees, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in the development and implementation of corrective action plans based on review of comment cards and guest satisfaction results
