Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Administrative Receptionist Coordinator to join our EMEA Headquarters office in Cornellà de Llobregat. As the first point of contact, you will provide exceptional reception services, including attending visits, controlling access, and managing phone calls. Additionally, you will offer administrative support across the organization, collaborating with Finance and HR departments as needed.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide reception services, ensuring seamless interactions with visitors, employees, and external partners.
  • Control access to the office, maintaining a secure and organized environment.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Receive and distribute daily post to relevant departments.
Supporting Departments:
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources department on tasks such as coordinating annual medical checks, tickets, POs, office communications, office supplies, translations, and more.
  • Support the Customer Service EMEA department in various administrative duties.
  • Assist the Finance Department with scanning invoices.
Your Profile:

We seek a highly skilled candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. You should possess deep knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excellent relationship skills, service orientation, flexibility, and a proactive approach are essential.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent relationship skills and service-oriented.
  • Flexible and able to work with multiple customers.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; other EU languages a plus.
  • Ideal location: living close to the office.
