Front Desk Administrative Receptionist

About the role: As a front desk receptionist, this position will be the first point of contact for anyone who arrives at our office. You will provide administrative support across the organization while providing specific support to the Finance and HR departments as needed. Your tasks:
- Responsible for reception services including attending visits, controlling access to the office, and receiving and distributing daily post to the corresponding departments.
- Be the contact person for current and future providers, sending possible offers or modifications of contracts to the Finance Manager for approval.
- Support the Human Resources department in different tasks, including coordinating annual medical checks, tickets, POs, office communications, office supplies, translations, and more.
- Support the Customer Service EMEA department in several administrative tasks.
- Support the Finance Department by scanning invoices.
- Assist in the organization of internal events.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position.
- Deep knowledge of Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent relationship skills and service-oriented.
- Flexible, able to work with multiple customers.
- Organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Effective in working with multiple interfaces, tasks, and projects.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with other EU languages a plus.
- Ideal location: living close to the office.
