We're a dynamic startup with a presence in Spain and offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Berlin, and Paris. Our mission is to empower individuals to live where they want, when they want, by disrupting the traditional residential real estate market.

We provide fully furnished and artfully designed apartments for stays starting at one month, removing the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, security deposits, broker fees, moving/buying furniture, etc.

As a Junior Guest Operations, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle management of bookings, from initial booking to post-check-out, ensuring a seamless and efficient process that meets Ukio's high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate efforts across departments to ensure that all bookings are managed smoothly, on time, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
  • Maintain high standards of coordination and communication, ensuring that all bookings are executed seamlessly from start to finish.
  • Drive processes forward while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
