Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Officer to join our team in Lund, supporting a European customer base. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for handling all administrative tasks related to spare part orders, from initial contact with the customer to coordination and follow-up of transportation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Be the front-line operator in one or more languages, responding to incoming orders and queries via phone and email
  • Main point of contact for customers and market companies for parts orders and inquiries
  • Execute order administration tasks in SAP and other internal tools systems
  • Follow-up on orders, service level agreements, and other key measurements
  • Assure that transport to each customer is done in the right time and at the lowest cost

  • Ability to take initiative and drive for changes
Benefits:

This assignment offers an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Basic phone and laptop will be provided by the client. Location: Lund, with possibility of remote work not available for this assignment. On-boarding information includes a drug test prior to assignment start. Language: English - Advanced, German - Native. Start date: ASAP, End date: 2023.09.29, with possibility to extend.
