About the Role:

The purpose of this job is to provide administrative support to the Leadership Team at Biogen. This includes calendar and inbox management, meeting and conference call facilitation, travel logistics, and preparation of correspondence and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize meetings, caterings, conference calls, and travel logistics
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Communicate with internal and external customers
  • Manage Leadership Team expense reports and own expenses
  • Arrange LT meetings and assist with Outlook calendar management
  • Plan events and manage physical and electronic files
  • Provide ad-hoc support to other departments and affiliates
  • Manage contracts and purchase orders
  • Work collaboratively across the affiliate and international offices
