About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Compliance and Risk Officer to join our team at SIX. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of IT risks and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for IT GRC topics, providing coordination and interface support to line management, SMEs, projects, and GRC initiatives.
  • Support operational teams in identifying, managing, and reporting risks, ensuring timely and effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Plan and manage IT audits and assessments in collaboration with operational teams, ensuring seamless execution and resolution of audit findings.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of IT GRC tasks and audit findings, providing support to operational teams in resolving issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the GRC tool landscape, automating processes and improving maturity.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in IT Risk, Audit, and Operations, with a strong understanding of IT processes, operations, and architectures.
  • Interdisciplinary knowledge of risk, audit, and control methodologies, with the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a structured approach to work and the ability to identify and solve problems systematically.
  • Very good written and spoken English and Spanish skills, with German being a plus.
