About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Hitachi Energy Services Sp. Z O.O. in Madrid, Spain. As an IT Risk and Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of IT risks and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. IT Risk Analysis and Reporting: Perform thorough IT risk analysis, business impact analysis, and coordinate IT risk assessments to identify, qualify, and prioritize IT risks.
  2. Risk Management and Governance: Facilitate IT risk-related governance meetings at strategic and operational levels, and recommend, develop, and assist in the adoption of IT Risk and Compliance Management frameworks.
  3. Compliance and Risk Awareness: Develop and lead training programs to improve IT risk awareness and adoption among stakeholders, and work closely with Business and IT teams to continuously improve IT Risk and Compliance Management frameworks.
  4. Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of risk/information security frameworks (e.g., CRISC, MoR, COBIT, CISA, CISM, ISO27001, ITIL), and experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) toolset is an advantage.
  5. Education and Language: Hold a Master's/Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems or Business Administration, and be fluent in English (written and spoken).
