About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Hitachi Energy Services Sp. Z O.O. in Madrid, Spain. As an IT Risk and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting IT risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating effective IT risk and compliance decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Risk Analysis and Reporting: Perform IT risk analysis, business impact analysis, and coordinate IT risk assessments to identify, qualify, and prioritize IT risks.
- Risk Management: Analyze, measure, and monitor a breadth of IT risks and facilitate treatment decisions to ensure the organization's IT risk and compliance framework is effective.
- Compliance Assurance: Facilitate IT risk-related governance meetings at strategic and operational levels, and recommend, develop, and assist in the adoption of IT Risk and Compliance Management frameworks.
- Training and Development: Develop and lead training programs to improve IT risk awareness and adoption for a wide range of stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Business and IT teams to continuously improve the IT Risk and Compliance Management framework.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of working experience in areas of IT Risk Management, IT Security, IT Audit, Compliance.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of risk/information security frameworks (e.g. CRISC, MoR, COBIT, CISA, CISM, ISO27001, ITIL, etc.).
- Education: Masters/Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems or Business Administration.
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
