About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating IT risks that could impact our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform IT risk analysis and business impact analysis to identify potential risks and threats
  • Coordinate IT risk assessments and develop recommendations for risk mitigation strategies
  • Develop and maintain IT risk and compliance frameworks to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide training and awareness programs to employees on IT risk and compliance best practices
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT risk management, IT security, IT audit, or compliance
  • Knowledge of risk and information security frameworks (e.g. CRISC, MoR, COBIT, CISA, CISM, ISO27001, ITIL)
  • General knowledge of IT processes and technologies
  • Experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) toolset is an advantage
  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems or Business Administration
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
