We are seeking an experienced IT Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Hitachi Energy Services Sp. Z O.O. in Madrid, Spain. As an IT Risk and Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of IT risks and compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform IT risk analysis, business impact analysis, and coordinate IT risk assessments to identify, qualify, and prioritize IT risks.
- Analyze, measure, and monitor a breadth of IT risks and facilitate treatment decisions to ensure the organization's IT risk management framework is effective.
- Facilitate IT risk-related governance meetings at strategic and operational levels to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
- Recommend, develop, and assist in the adoption of IT Risk and Compliance Management frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and lead appropriate trainings to improve IT risk awareness and adoption for a wide range of stakeholders.
- Work closely with Business and IT teams to continuously improve the IT Risk and Compliance Management framework.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of working experience in areas of IT Risk Management, IT Security, IT Audit, Compliance.
- Knowledge of risk/information security frameworks (e.g. CRISC, MoR, COBIT, CISA, CISM, ISO27001, ITIL).
- General knowledge of IT processes and technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) toolset is an advantage.
- Masters/Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems or Business Administration.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
