Job Title: Compliance Risk Specialist

AXA Group Operations is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Risk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of our compliance framework and identifying and mitigating risks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance and risk management processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and AXA Group's policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement to enhance the overall risk posture of the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of compliance and risk management initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance and risk management matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and emerging risks to ensure the organization remains compliant and resilient.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business, or finance).
  • At least 6 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
