Job Summary:
The Regulatory Compliance Services (RCS) team is responsible for ensuring the domestic and international compliance of our business expansions, leveraging multiple capabilities and involving multiple teams. As a Risk Management Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for compliance stakeholders in the region, conducting risk assessments and proposing risk mitigation measures to corporate compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the RCS point of contact for compliance stakeholders in the region (Legal, Business, other compliance teams).
- Conduct risk assessments related to new regulations and new product assortments in the region, and propose risk mitigation measures to corporate compliance.
- Conceive, deploy, and manage projects to mitigate compliance risks.
- Contribute to improving and enhancing the processes and systems used by the RCS team worldwide.
A Day in the Life:
You will interact with internal customers, such as Legal, Business, or other compliance services, to understand their challenges. You will work with other RCS team members and operations teams to come up with solutions. You will participate in project prioritization and allocation, implementing your projects and coordinating the work from all involved teams to ensure timely delivery. If you detect an area of improvement, you will surface it and make a proposal, including customer-driven projects and projects to enhance RCS capabilities.
