Job Title: Compliance Risk Specialist

AXA Group Operations is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Risk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of operational risks and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance and risk management processes to ensure the effective management of operational risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance and risk-related issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to business units on compliance and risk management matters.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and external auditors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in English language (written and spoken).
