About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Risk Specialist to join our team at AXA Group Operations. As a key member of our compliance and risk management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of our compliance and risk management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance and risk management processes to ensure the organization's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and risk management risks to minimize the organization's exposure to potential losses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of compliance and risk management policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance and risk management matters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry partners.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as law, business, or finance.
  • At least 6 years of experience in compliance and risk management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and risk management frameworks, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to compliance and risk management challenges.
