Job Summary

Hitachi Energy Services Sp. Z O.O. is seeking a highly skilled IT Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As an IT Risk and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting IT risks, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform IT risk analysis and business impact analysis to identify and prioritize IT risks.
  • Coordinate IT risk assessments and develop recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate IT risk-related governance meetings and ensure effective communication of IT risks to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain IT risk and compliance frameworks and procedures.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify and address IT risks and compliance issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT risk management, IT security, IT audit, or compliance.
  • Knowledge of risk and information security frameworks, such as CRISC, MoR, COBIT, CISA, CISM, ISO27001, and ITIL.
  • General knowledge of IT processes and technologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) toolset is an advantage.
  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems or Business Administration.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
