Risk & Compliance Advisor

Sennder, Europe's leading digital freight forwarder, is revolutionizing road freight logistics. We're seeking a Risk & Compliance Advisor to join our Operations department in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety, security, and compliance programs, policies, and strategies.
  • Oversee risk assessments, manage security protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Foster a culture of safety and compliance, leading the design, development, and implementation of company-wide initiatives.
  • Manage documentation, contracts, and disputes, ensuring timely execution and resolution.
  • Collaborate with external advisors and internal teams to ensure compliance with internal health and safety requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Risk Management, Law, Business Administration, Compliance) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in safety, security, or compliance management roles, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
