About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Javahispano. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth in the Spanish market, leveraging your expertise in Liferay and your ability to develop strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Spanish market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Proven expertise in Liferay and a deep understanding of the product's capabilities and limitations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
