About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our Liferay subscription, and identifying opportunities to expand our use and application within their organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point-of-contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues related to our support or services.
  • Communicate customer needs to various divisions of the Liferay organization, coordinating a response and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Assist in communicating new feature requests or product improvements from customers to the Liferay Product Management team.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Liferay's use and application within an organization and work with sales representatives to close such opportunities.
  • Responsible for renewals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 4 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
  • Engineering degree from a 4-year university program or equivalent with deep technical background.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, and ability to understand business requirements.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with additional languages such as Portuguese or French highly valued.
