As a Medical Information and Adverse Event Intake Specialist with French and English, you will be at the forefront of Patient Safety, working closely with Health Care Professionals and patients to optimize the safety profiles of products across various therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide phone support to health care professionals and consumers regarding adverse events, product quality complaints, medical inquiries, and product support.
- Process Lifecycle safety operational data, perform data entry, and coding medical terminology.
- Build a positive team environment, lead by example, and provide training and mentoring to less experienced team members.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to identify issues and propose solutions, providing technical support and reports.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English (min. C1) and French language (min. C2/native) and Dutch, Portuguese, German, Danish, or Maltese (min. C1).
- Experience in Lifecycle safety (Pharmacovigilance, CEVA, Medical Information, Safety Publishing, Risk Management).
