About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Information Specialist to join our team at EVERSANA. As a Medical Information Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering industry-leading services, including call center staffing, adverse event intake, and medical writing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate English documents into target languages and deliver translated responses via phone or writing.
- Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers.
- Disseminate drug information verbally or in writing.
- Identify adverse events and product complaints, and perform intake to generate initial reports.
- Utilize writing skills for adverse event and product complaint narratives, as well as medical inquiry custom responses.
- Coordinate processes for responding to quality-related complaints.
- Utilize drug information skills to critically evaluate medical literature and develop information for written dissemination.
- Miscellaneous projects, including market research, system development, and sales training.
Requirements:
- Life Sciences or healthcare degree or equivalent.
- Strong clinical background and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- English C1 level is obligatory, with additional fluency in Czech required.
- Strong translation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pharma D/M Pharma degree or equivalent.
- Call Center, Medical Information, pharmaceutical industry, and clinical experiences, including medical writing.
- Fluent English, with additional fluency in Czech and other European languages desirable.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows applications.
