Medical Information Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Information Associate to join our team at PrimeVigilance Ltd. As a Medical Information Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical information to our clients and their customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle medical information enquiries in English and Swedish
- Participate in pharmacovigilance activities, including initial intake of adverse events
- Provide approved responses to medical enquiries from external customers, including healthcare professionals and patients
- Assist pharmaceutical clients' internal departments with queries, as required
- Act as a call handling agent in our Medical Information dedicated call center
- Undergraduate degree in life sciences or equivalent advanced degree with experience
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Fluency in both English and Swedish
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Process-oriented and critical thinking
- Responsible approach to work duties
