Job Title: Medical Information Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Information Specialist to join our team at EVERSANA. As a Medical Information Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering industry-leading services to our clients, including call center staffing, adverse event intake, and medical writing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate English documents into target languages and deliver translated responses via phone or writing.
  • Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers.
  • Disseminate drug information verbally or in writing.
  • Identify adverse events and product complaints during customer interactions and generate initial reports in compliance with EVERSANA and client SOPs.
  • Utilize writing skills for adverse event and product complaint narratives, as well as medical inquiry custom responses.
  • Coordinate processes for responding to quality-related complaints, involving interactions with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and complainant personnel.
  • Utilize drug information skills to critically evaluate medical literature for researching and developing information for written dissemination to healthcare professionals.
  • Miscellaneous projects, including market and competitive product research, system development, sales training projects, and field liaison support.
  • Medical Writing.
  • On-call responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Life Sciences or healthcare degree or equivalent.
  • Strong clinical background and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • English C1 level is obligatory, with mother tongue fluency in English and Czech required.
  • Strong translation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pharma D/M Pharma degree or other degrees such as Master of Science (MSc) in Life Sciences or healthcare.
  • Call Center, Medical Information, pharmaceutical industry, and clinical experiences, including medical writing.
  • Fluent English along with Czech, with other European languages highly desirable.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Window applications, as well as Medical Information Management Systems, Safety Databases, or equivalent.
